 Deron Kiefer Deron Kiefer has been a licensed property & casualty, life & health insurance agent/broker during the past 18 years. He earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree from Iona College in New York. He has extensive work experience with I.B.M., as well as #1 producer status (The Gold Medal) for five consecutive years at California Casualty Insurance Company, a direct writer of California group sponsored insurance products. In addition, Deron was also the #1 selling
agent for Wellpoint Corporation's Blue Cross of California, also for five consecutive years. Deron's other insurance tenure was focused on the management side of the insurance business. He maintains national insurance carrier exposure with multiple lines insurance companies, and has dealt in areas including sales, marketing, and company contract negotiations. This experience has evolved into his role as President/CEO of Gold Mountain Insurance Services, Inc., where he is in charge of operations, including sales, marketing, growth initiatives, licensing, supervision, and most importantly, client satisfaction through retention. |

Cynthia McGruder
Cynthia A. McGruder brings to the firm her 20+ years of vast experience in many facets of real estate finance. She was one of two recruits from the UCLA graduating class of 1985; Ms. McGruder began her career with Equitec Properties Co. Serving as an In House Leasing Representative for Commercial Class A office Buildings; Wilshire Blvd. Los, Angeles. Within 2 years McGruder was recognized as one of the area and companys top Producers. She was quickly recruited by the government to become a member of the exclusive TAPA team formed by the RTC/FDIC. McGruder worked nationwide as a Project/Asset Manager Specialist in managing portfolios of commercial and residential assets totally in excess of $13 Billion, taken back from failed Savings & Loans throughout the nation. Upon stabilization and liquidation of these assets, McGruder was awarded a prestigious, Assistant Vice President/Commercial Assets Division position with Coast Federal Bank. Successfully managing, analyzing and liquidating in excess of $5 Billion in assets, McGruder spent the next four years of her career as a Top Producing Commercial Investment RE Broker for Marcus & Millichap, where her primary clientele was REITs, Commercial Banks, Institutional Funds, and Blue chip Wall Street Investors. McGruders cumulative success awarded her the luxury of an early retirement. Retirement hobbies included: Starting/Selling a successful Dot.com; She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UCLA; holds a Certified, Commercial Investment Membership designation, and is currently a graduate school candidate at the University Of Pepperdine, Malibu. Cynthia's mission at Gold Mountain is to maintain the firm's profitability over the long haul, while deploying the company's resources intelligently, for the ultimate benefit of Gold Mountain's agents, clients, community partners, and shareowners.
